Membership in the Hanfparade Association

The Hanfparade needs your help in many ways. One of the most difficult issues every year is to raise enough money to finance the event. Our search for financial partners focuses on two groups:

Our sponsors, all kinds of hemp-related businesses, who finance a big part of the Hanfparade.

Our second important group of supporters are our active members. By organizing many activities around the Hanfparade the whole year around and by providing many helping hands on the day of the parade itself.

Membership fees (per year)

  • Reduced fee: only 15,-- Euro
    • For students, unemployed people, people under 16 and over 60, and everybody who cannot or does not want to pay more.
  • Regular membership: für 25,-- Euro
    • This is best if you just wanna give us some money.
  • Sustaining membership: 50,-- Euro or more
    • Sustaining members will be noted on our flyers and posters with their real name or an alias if they want to please tell us your preference when subscribing (changeable any time).

Benefits of your membership

All members receive our newsletter with exclusive news about what's happening around the organizing team in Berlin. Also you will receive specials about hemp-related events and demonstrations in Germany and around Europe.

Members will be invited to the yearly general meeting. There you have the chance to influence all important decisions around the Hanfparade and to directly vote the executive committee. Furthermore, members can be involved in many other decision processes like choosing the new slogan for each year's Hanfparade or designing posters and producing/lecturing texts and more...

Become a member

The easiest way to become a member is to download our membership form. Just fill it out and send it to our office (by mail or fax). If you do not like to fill out forms, just contact our office by phone or send a letter/postcard to our office. As soon as we have processed your request we will contact you to verify the dates. The membership will start as soon as the money has arrived on our bank account or office.
