Sponsoring contract Hanfparade2005

The Hanfparade2005 will take place on the 13th of August in Berlin. Organizer is the association Hanfparade e.V.

§1 partners in this contract

The association Hanfparade concludes a sponsoring contract with the following person/company:

§2 sponsor rights

1) The sponsor named in §1 has the right to use the label "Official sponsor of Hanfparade2005" for free promotion.
2) The sponsor named in §1 has the right to use the label "HANFPARADE" and the official logo of the Hanfparade2005 for free promotion.
3) The brand or logo of the sponsor named in §1 will be printed on every official poster, Flyer, other information material or advertisement produced, paid and spread by the association Hanfparade e.V. - if the sponsor wants us to do so.
   a) The overall space of brands and labels of sponsors on any promotion material will be at most 1/6 of the front side type area.
   b) The space for brands and logos will be divided among all sponsors - according to their financial support of the Hanfparade.
4) In the internet (on the homepage of association Hanfparade e.V.) the brand or logo of the sponsor will be placed and linked to the sponsors page - if the sponsor wants us to do so.
5) The sponsor named in §1 has not the right to place his brand or logo on any information material not paid or spread by the association Hanfparade e.V.
6) The sponsor named in §1 has the right to have a free promotion booth (without selling anything) on the market of possibilities at the final rally of Hanfparade2005 and will obey the following rules:
   a) The sponsor will not offer any food or drinks in one-way-dishes and will not do any massive spreading of information material for ecological reasons.
   b) The spreading of information material and samples at the booth is allowed.

§3 sponsor duties

1) The sponsor named in §1 has the duty to pay Euro + 16% VAT for the financing of the Hanfparade2005.
This money can be paid by two installments:
a) Minimum half of the money must be paid within two weeks after signing the contract.
b) The rest of the money must be paid until 22nd of July 2005.

2) The money named in 1) will be used for the costs of the event, for the organization of the mobilisation and for printing and advertising cost of the association Hanfparade e.V. .
3) The sponsor named in §1 commits to promote the Hanfparade and to spread information of the association Hanfparade regularly to his press and customer contacts.

§4 others

1) Any producing or spreading of merchandising materials or special advertisements and promotion on the Hanfparade2005 (for example on stages, market of possibilities, natural resource area or cildrens land) must be regulated in another contract.
2) All agreements of this contract are under reserve of official approval espacialy the agreement concerning the final rally.
3) All other agreements need to be written. There are no side agreements.
4) Jurisdiction is Berlin. German law is applied.
5) If there is any disagreement the German version of this contract is applied.
