Sponsor Contract Hanfparade 2011

§1 Contractual Partner

This contract is in agreement between the association JaKiS e.V. (associations register entry VR 29275 B at the district court of Berlin Charlottenburg, Tax number: 27/669/50894 at the revenue office Kö I Berlin), hereinafter referred to as "Hanfparade", represented by its executive committee,

§2 Services

The parties mutually agree, for the purpose of sponsoring, the following service benefit(s).

The sponsor provides committed financial resources to support the demonstration "Hanfparade 2011: 40 Jahre sind genug - BtMG ade!". In return, the Hanfparade is obliged to place the company name/logo in a suitable and visible position and/or to mention in a duly appropriated way (advertising).

§3 Kind of Sponsorship

The sponsor acquires the status (please choose)

Kind of Sponsorship

Gold Sponsor and pays 2.500,- Euro (German companies plus 19% VAT.)
Silver Sponsor and pays 1.000,- Euro (German companies plus 19% VAT.)

§4 Payment Requirement

The sponsor shall pay within 7 days from the date of the contract coming into effect, at least 50% of the sum, to the bank account of JaKiS e.V.

The sponsor pays the full balance of the sponsorship amount by 01st February 2011 into the account of JaKiS e.V.

§5 Withdrawal Clause

The concept of the "Hanfparade 2011" provides for a total sponsorship income of 20,000 Euro. If this sum is not reached by 08_th February 2011, the Hanfparade has the right to withdraw from the sponsorship contract.
In the event of a withdrawal decision the Hanfparade must disclose this to the sponsor by 15_th February 2011.
If the withdrawal clause is enforced, the Hanfparade is required to refund received sponsorship payments to the sponsor by 01_st March 2011.

§6 Jurisdiction

The court of jurisdiction is Berlin, respectively the registered office of the association JaKiS e.V.

§7 Translation Error

In case of disputes the German version of this contract is binding.

§8 Severability Clause

If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:

the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or
the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.

§9 Ancillary Agreements

Supplements to the contract are not binding. For the validity of repeal, amendment or supplement to the contract this is required to be in written form.

§10 Contract Commencement

The contract comes into effect with a written confirmation from the Hanfparade that the signed sponsor contract has been recieved.

§11 Contract Duration

The obligations, under this contract, of the Hanfparade end on 01_st September 2011.
